"Citywide Insurance Group saved my loan, as well as, saved my customer over $700 per year! I recently had a very difficult loan that had been approved subject to the housing payment NOT exceeding $900 per month. When my client got the quote from her current insurance carrier, the premium was VERY high, causing the housing payment to be in excess of $900, and the underwriter would not approve the loan. I asked the client to contact Citywide Insurance, and they saved her $300 per year on her homeowner's insurance & almost $400 per year on her auto insurance!
The loan closed, and needless to say, my client was THRILLED and so was I!
